Frocks on Main - Bigger and Better!

Frocks is excited to announce that we are now open for business at our new location on Main Street! (Our Broadway store is now closed). We couldn't be happier with our new store - we love the vibrant neighbourhood of Main Street and our beautiful, larger space to better serve our customers! We also now have two window displays so we can dedicate one window to modern bridesmaids and one to modern brides. Above are pictures of our first window displays!

Our bridal window is entirely Ivy & Aster, anchored with the ever popular Sweet Pea in the middle. The bridesmaid window is anchored with a pale pink Dakota bridal by Lynn Lugo, flanked by grey bridesmaid's dresses from Simple Silhouettes, Thread, and Ivy & Aster, and last but not least flower girl dresses by Puchibi.

We hope you all come by to visit us at our new location at 3958 Main Street soon.

Moving was as easy as 1,2,3...

2. Find willing participants to help... (or bribe with beer)
3. Get it done - Peace Out!

OK, maybe it wasn't as easy as that, but the hard work is in the unpacking! We will miss our Broadway location, but we are looking forward to many new memories in our new Main Street location. We are open for business, so feel free to drop by at 3958 Main Street (between 23rd and 24th Avenue) to take a peek... or keep your eye out for pictures of our new store to be posted soon!

CAUTION...Frocks Girls At Work!

...at work on a new window display! We couldn't wait to create our first window display at our new Main Street location - and since we're still under construction, we got a little creative! Here's a pic of our first Main Street window (Main Street store opens August 2nd).

We're bursting at the seams! So...

We couldn't be more excited to be moving to our new location on Main Street near 23rd Avenue. After five and a half years we have grown (in a good way) and are now bursting at the seams! Our new location is double the size, which means double the changing rooms... not to mention our own Frocks parking out back for our loyal, fabulous customers! We can't wait to see you all at our new location in August!

Kara Janx was a season two finalist on the popular reality show "Project Runway", and since then her dresses have been available in retail stores across the US and Canada, and are well on their way to becoming a household name. Frocks Eggsighting Easter Window!

Inspiration can be found in the unlikeliest of places! While walking though Shoppers Drug Mart looking for my favourite mascara, a beautiful egg wreath caught my eye... and voila! A new Frocks window was born. Made out of natural twigs and adorned with delicate cloud blue and cream coloured eggs, the wreath made our window "Easter" without being too "Eastery"!

Sora's the Queen of Cow Town!

We are so proud and happy to announce that Sora Hong is now the new owner of our Calgary location of Frocks. She has been a fantastic addition to the Frocks team and has set the bar for future owners of Frocks locations. She is a hard worker, creative, has a fantastic fashion sense, and a hilarious sense of humour and we are thrilled to know we'll be working with her for years to come.
